How to create a new Learn.xyz account and invite your team

Welcome – we are so thrilled to have you here. At Learn.xyz, we deeply care about one outcome: To empower your team to excel meaningfully at work.

We do this by turning your existing company knowledge into bite-sized learning – which then allows your team to learn core concepts or brush up on things in the blink of an eye... while in line for coffee, waiting for a meeting to start, or wherever they can spare a moment.

πŸ“± vs. πŸ–₯️ – App vs. Editor

There are two parts of Learn.xys you need to know about:

  • The smartphone app: Where your Learners experience your content, create their own based on questions they have, and have fun interacting with others.

  • The web admin in the browser is for content editors and admins: Where someone in charge of learning would create and edit content, upload your company knowledge, and manage users.

Getting started

You are here to create your own workspace and invite a few teammates. That means you should start on the web admin:

Simply type in your work email (it won't work with your personal email) and follow the steps to onboard.

Creating your first lesson

To get started, simply click on the yellow plus button in the bottom right. Choose one of the three paths – depending on whether you have a document to use as a source or not.

And that's literally it... Sit back for 30 seconds and let AI do the job for you!

Inviting others

Learn.xyz is much, much more fun if others use the app with you. Simply click on the Learn.xyz Logo in the top right and choose "Invite users".

Invited users will automatically get an email with instructions on how to download the app.

Learners: Use the app and consume content

Editors: Use the app, and have access to the web editor for content creation

Admins: Like editors, but can also manage users
