1. Learner
Access: Only the Learn.xyz app.
Capabilities: Learners can create content within the app, but they do not have access to the web editor.
2. Content Editor
Access: Both the Learn.xyz app and the web editor.
Capabilities: Content Editors have the ability to create, edit, and publish content to the company feed in the learn.xyz app.
3. Admin
Access: Learn.xyz app, web editor, and admin space.
Capabilities: Admins have full control over content and user management. They can manage members, update roles, remove users, and create, edit, and publish content.
How to Update User Roles
If you're an Admin, you can update a user's role at any time through your admin space. If you invite a user via an invite link, simply go to your admin space to adjust their role once they’ve completed onboarding.
